Q: WHAT TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY DO YOU DO?
A: We love to create and we’ll take any opportunity to create something for you. We have shot weddings, events, commercials, interviews and more. We’re always looking to expand our portfolio and step outside of our comfort zone. We really just like being behind the camera.

Q: ARE YOU BASED IN SAVANNAH, GA?
A: No, we’re not. We just REALLY like Savannah and River Street. Could you guess?

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
A: It depends on what type of work you need. Check out our services page for some general rates. For commercial photography or commercial video production, please fill out our business form here, and we’ll get back to you.

Q: DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PACKAGES?
A: Yes! Every couple, person and business has a different set of needs.

Q: WILL YOU TRAVEL TO US?
A: We’ll take any opportunity to travel! Out of state, or out of country.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?
A: There is no travel fee for travel under 100 miles of Asheville, NC. This allows us to rest at a hotel or Airbnb before heading back to our home.

Q: HOW DO I RESERVE YOU FOR MY DATE?
A: All dates are reserved once we have received your signed contract and 50% deposit.

Q: WILL I RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I CANCEL?
A: Unfortunately, no. Deposits are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we cannot accept new clients for that day.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY IMAGES/VIDEO?
A: Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks. Guaranteed within 4 weeks.

Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES/VIDEO?
A: You will receive your images/videos through a FREE online service. You’ll receive an email when your content is ready and a link to download them. If you have your own image service you’d rather use, such as DropBox or GoogleDrive, we’ll gladly upload them there.

Q: CAN I HIRE YOU FOR JUST THE CEREMONY?
A: We create packages to fit every persons needs. If you need us just for the ceremony, we’ll be there. Hey, this day is all about you.

Q: WILL YOU STAY LONGER THAN I PAID FOR? IS THERE A CHARGE?
A: We are never leaving or packing up on the dot. Some moments can’t be rushed. However, if you/we feel you would benefit from more time, we will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increments.

Q: WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR EXTRA TIME?
A: That’s fairly simple: the additional images/videos taken will need to be edited and post-produced, which adds to our workload.

Q: WHEN SHOULD WE DO OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
A: We encourage you to book your engagement session as soon as possible so you can announce the big news to your family and friends. If you’ve been engaged for a while, they work great for wedding invitations.

Q: WHAT IF I LOSE MY IMAGES/VIDEO?
A: We hold on to your content up to a year after a shoot is done. In most cases, we will still have our favorites from your shoot after one year. We strongly advise you backup your content to an online storage service.
